تعیین کربوهیدرات های دیواره سلولی ارقام دانه تریتیکاله مورد استفاده در تغذیه طیور

چکیده

در این تحقیق کربوهیدرات های دیواره سلولی (محلول، غیر محلول) تعداد 13 رقم دانه تریتیکاله با استفاده از کیت های آزمایشی مگازیم  (Megazyme) اندازه گیری شد. نتایج نشان داد که میانگین (حداکثر و حداقل)  کربوهیدرات های دیواره سلولی  شامل بتاگلوکان کل، بتاگلوکان محلول و نامحلول، آرابینوزایلان کل، پلی ساکارید های غیر نشاسته  محلول و  نامحلول و کل پلی ساکارید های غیر نشاسته ای دیواره سلولی به ترتیب برابر با 950/0 (764/0- 374/1)، 018/0 (006/0 - 027/0)،   932/0 (743/0 - 358/1)، 980/3  (620/1 - 490/6) ، 140/1 (410/0 - 60/1)، 750/18  (070/16 - 350/27) و 890/19  (910/16 - 410/28) درصد می باشد. بین ارقام دانه تریتیکاله از نظر مقدار ویسکوزیته فضولات اختلاف آماری معنی داری وجود داشت (05/0>P)، به طوری که میانگین کل ویسکوزیته سیزده رقم برابر با cps 83/1 بود. و تیمار آزمایشی  4 T(cps  55/1)دارای کم ترین و تیمار آزمایشی  2 T( cps20/2) دارای بیشترین مقدار ویسکوزیته ی فضولات می باشند. نتایج نشان داد که میزان آرابینوزایلان کل دانه ارقام تریتیکاله نسبت به میزان بتاگلوکان کل بیشتر است، چون آرابینوزایلان  مهم ترین و عمده ترین ماده ضد تغدیه ای موجود در دانه تریتیکاله را تشکیل می دهد، لذا رقم  8T که مقدار آرابینوزایلان کمتری نسبت به سایر ارقام دارد برای به نژادی قابل توصیه است.
